I always make it a point to reflect on my purpose, and what's fascinating is that when we initially started the company, my sense of purpose wasn't particularly strong.
About a year and a half ago, I decided to use a digital whiteboard with digital sticky notes to explore my why. I wrote down every conceivable idea that came to mind. However, when I revisited it two days later, I ended up deleting everything.
I realized that the one reason I didn't include was the most crucial one, and it took me a considerable amount of time to contemplate it.
Ultimately, why am I doing this? The answer lies in my commitment to my family. I am wholeheartedly dedicated to this endeavor. I possess an immense passion for the field we operate in and for the industries we assist. Each day, I am inspired and amazed by the unwavering dedication of our customers. Yet, when it all comes down to it, why do I persist?
It's because I have that driving force, that deep-rooted why. And that why revolves around the most significant aspect of my life—my family.
