The industry-leading retention analytics platform for insurance announces the opening of its Des Moines office and local hiring. With the new location, ReFocus AI is looking to hire its first development team in the region. With 45% of ReFocus AI’s customers already based in the Mid-West, this expansion will allow its team to increase its presence in the insurance heartland further.
